Richardson best pick for prez
Here's a flattering column by Bill Clark of the "Columbia Daily Tribune." Honestly, I was surprised to see it. I hope Missourians continue to jump on the Bill Richardson bandwagon.
Richardson best pick for prez, outside of yours truly, of course
In the column, Clark lists the reasons why Richardson is qualified to lead the U.S. inluding the fact that he, "lowered the income tax and tax on food, yet has balanced the budget and has given New Mexico one of the highest budget reserves in the United States."

Hi,
I have started Wisconsin for Richardson and I'd like to exchange links.
Thanks,

The truth is that NM has high reserves because of the recent all-time high in the cost of oil. NM is an oil producing state. Bill Richardson had little to do with the state's surplus.
Bill Richardson, instead of returning the excess state tax collected equally to the citizens, or replacing the money he raided from the state's permanent fund, backed propositions to send money exclusively to people who don't pay tax to begin with. He also used the excess money to fund ridiculous projects in the state, such as a spaceport and unneeded heavy-rail passenger train.
Next, Bill Richardson, a self-professed Catholic, advocated using the excess money to build an Embryonic Stem Cell Research Center at UNM; even though his bishop has warned him on several occasions that stem cell research that destroys embryos is diametrically opposed to the teaching of the Catholic Church.
Bill Richardson has a twisted view of economic fairness and is morally confused. He is a poor choice for president.
